Thank you for this very informative discussion. I have CRSWNP and also had surgeries for chronic otitis medis and mastoiditis from a teenager to my final surgery in my twenties. I am now 70 and had no idea they could be connected . I am in limbo having had one specialist recommending surgery and another saying it is ineffective and to use a nasal spray for the rest of my life. I feel strongly that this condition is not taken seriously at all.
