How do I extend the range of the midi editor? for example: having the limit from -C1 to -C2
ОтветитьThe music sounds like sylosis lol
ОтветитьAmazing settings! 😄 It's really useful. Question: The option "show note names on notes" doesn't work with this settings, how can I fix it?
ОтветитьThe ascending 16th notes definitely sound like moonlight sonata 3rd movement
ОтветитьFaaantastic video. Adjusting all my settings now. What VST are you using for the guitars btw?
ОтветитьThank you so much for this, Alejandro! I needed these reminders!
Ответитьhi reaper channel. new sub, hope you get to 10k subs soon. reaper gave me solace the last few years after my last windows computer died five years ago. i got a new windows computer and ableton, but i'm pondering buying reaper because it launches soooo fast, and has a few upper hands over ableton. cheers
ОтветитьGreat video Alejandro. I recently changed my workflow to be like this as well, as per Seventh Sam’s article. It’s coming along pretty well! How do you map the color to MIDI notes?
Ответитьhow do you get the edit cursor to not follow when click your mouse? Mine is following me and doesnt stay put.
ОтветитьI have noticed that for whatever reason midi tracks in reaper tend to be one octave above the notes that are actually right. Do you have any idea why that is?
ОтветитьJust in time! I'm editing again with Reaper! You just save me 😀
ОтветитьAgradecido también por la skin ❤
ОтветитьVery glad you back making Reaper videos 😊💯
ОтветитьIs there any video of yours that teaches how to place the whole notes, half notes, and quarter notes on the top part of the MIDI editor like it is in your track?
ОтветитьUsing colors to find chord notes is a good trick!😮
ОтветитьDamn!!! sounds like 2000´s Black Metal; well done Alex, I´ve already implemented a lot of these ideas into my MIDI workflow and among with the Groove Tool i´m set to go. Thanks man! 🤘🤘🤘

ОтветитьFantástico trabajo!! Es posible en español? Estaría muy bien!
ОтветитьDo you have a video of article about how you built that drum view? Thanks in advance!
ОтветитьI use the same settings for orchestral music and it's a life saver! I have around 300 tracks and it takes double time without it. Btw i love your guitar sounds. Do you have a video for those?
ОтветитьThis is insanely useful!
ОтветитьAwesome video will def be trying.
Was that the shakalaka from mhtri???
For edit multi track, why don't you use "TRACK LIST"? With that you can edit all track and midi item you want, select all you want to see and more...
ОтветитьGreat video! Thanks
ОтветитьHey Ale, how are you? I did some really cool work with shortcuts and configuration in the midi editor, and in some way I'd love to share it with you. Maybe you can improve it and share it also with the community. Btw, thanks for this tutorial!
ОтветитьThank you for this! Was looking to revamp my MIDI workflow so this comes at exactly the right time!
ОтветитьLots of cool tips! Did you adjust the width of the piano keys area on your MIDI editor?
ОтветитьGreat Video ont this subject, everything is explained thoroughly and i love it!
ОтветитьThe Seventh Sam Page is where I send every one for basic Reaper midi setup options. it's a lifesaver! Great video!
