Microsoft Teams | The Right Way to Schedule Meetings

In the new version of Teams - how do you create a meeting on behalf of someone else? I have an assistant who has access to her bosses calendar, she used to be able to create a Teams meeting from Outlook and choose Teams Meeting. It would create the meeting with the link and importantly the dial in number as the boss has an O365 Audio Conf license. Now in the NEW Teams you cannot create the meeting in Outlook you have to do it via Teams - Calendar. How does she do this and have it created on his behalf so the dial in number is listed?

Where can I see the confirmation that I have sent info about meeting?

Teams invites DO NOT say the timezone on the invite. This is a major error that MS needs to fix. it tries to guess my time zone but gets it wrong, and I have no way to know its wrong. the only work around is if the meeting host will type out the time and timezone of the meeting and put it in the text of the email.

Is there a way to bring up a contact group when scheduling a meeting in teams?

When I schedule a meeting from within a team I unwillingly invite the teams group. Tis group isn't even in the attendees list. Is there a way to stop teams adding the group?

How to add a call in function in meeting details while setting up a meet?

For microsoft teams direct routing inbound calls, I am getting multiple 180 ringings from Microsoft teams side( that too with different tags) despite user is logged in at single device(no forking) ..Is there a way to restrict multiple 180 ringings to just one ?? i am expecting 180 ringing only once from microsoft teams side which is not happening.

Can you make a "teams meeting" with the "Join on your computer or mobile app" / call-in info inside of teams? I know how it's done in outlook but can it not be done in teams?

I'm in several different chat groups in my office. Those that have recurring meetings have the "Join" button visible at the top of the chat group at all times. It is always there. However, the meeting I set up for my direct reports doesn't show the "Join" button at the top of the chat group until the exact time the meeting is scheduled. How do I make that "Join" button always visible in the chat group?

Hwo to start meeting before the schedule

The problem I'm having on my mac is that when I click on the Teams app it goes to the screen for a meeting scheduled for the next day and there's no other options like the 'teams calendar ' I'm just going round in circles.
