For large numbers, I think it should fallback to either scientific notation (1e14, 1e15, 1e16) or engineering notation (100e12, 1e15, 10e15).

Hmm, pretty cool, but I'd prefer the normal SI prefixes, not "B" for billion (G for giga instead)

It's really cool, but I don't understand why they stop after trillion. Like you could go on to Qa (quadrillion), Qi (Quintillion), etc.
