What about the granulation tissue left behind? Maybe not possible to remove due to not using any numbing?
Well done
I did this as a Combat Medic in a remote area but I used a lignocaine ring block on the nerves
Well done nearly couldn’t watch it all
I’ve had this done with local anesthesia in the U.S. I have no idea how that person put up with that. 😳
In NY they give 3 shots of numbing medicine before starting
Que pena mostrou o pós!
I’ve had surgery because of an ingrown toenail before. It is possible to do this surgery without anesthesia and never cause any pain whatsoever, but it’s extremely difficult. The goal is to cut out the nail part that’s digging into your skin, but if you nick the soft tissue that produces the nail, the patient is in for a curse word or two, not to mention the inflamed skin around the nail you have to avoid. Also, Argentina is a communist 3rd rate nation, so the anesthesia issue is the least of their problems.
Why is the anesthesia not allowed there? This is inhumane
Ugh that lokks awful but couple years ago i was doing my toenails, painting them as usual but when i took the polish off this time around my big toenail was green and black and purple. I went to get it checked and ended up having to get my whole nail removed down to the root which means it wont ever grow back. About a month later same thing wirh the other big toenail. My dr used liquid nitrogen and then a local. I just felt alot of pressure and then the next few days it was tender. Now im embarrassed of my feet and always try to cover them and thats tough cause im a flip flop girl lol i even wear them in winter and i live in colorado
Awsome😊
Algodão no curativo ???!!😮😮😮😮🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Such caring and gentleness on your part, Claudia. I wish I had you in the US❤️🙏🏻
Barbaric not being allowed to use anesthesia. Not even a little lidocaine? Omgosh
No sound in the start?
Una belleza tu trabajo. Te felicito.
Wow, what an amazing doctor 👍 how intelligently he got rid of the problem
I had this done during my freshman year of HS football. It was extremely painful the next morning but I never had the problem again.
Wonderful procedure….I’m sure it must have been very painful.
I love how gentle you are with your patients. My 12 y/o had an ingrown toenail and the podiatrist was so rough. Yes, he used anesthesia, but I nearly fainted from how he cut, dug, and pulled. My son was so sore the next day. I love your technique much better.
I had a similar procedure - it is painful, but a different ‘nicer’ pain once the side of the nail has been cleaned out.
Omg that is such precise cutting!
I’ll bet this was a huge relief for the patient! ❤
Ответитьcant use anesthetic? what are they thinking? isnt this catagorized as minor surgery?
That offending nail plate was ridiculous 😱
Dottoressa lei è fantastica, un lavoro incredibile!!! Complimenti!!!
Omg. I wonder who agreed to that law?
Probably someone who's never had ingrown toenails
So amazing!!
Nossa
Very steady, calm, precise work! You understand very much how it hurts and I see you try your best to make it easy. Unfortunately it just is going to hurt to get it out, but you have to. You did it very gently.
Dude, THE RELIEF 😮
I had no idea how much stuff goes wrong with the toe nails. Your work is amazing. Ordinarily I wouldn’t watch this kind of thing, but it’s really interesting. 🌷🌱
ESO ES UN TREMENDO PANADIZO NO??😬🤔
No pain relieve 😲🤯omg 😢🇬🇧
I am cringing that there is no anesthesia! The patient had to have been in complete misery! Thank you for your care of this patient 🙏 ✨️ ❤️
Who ever decided you can’t use anything to numb the pain needs to have this done to their toes bet they would change that rule in a second.
Ответитьvery nice job. Thanks
That has to be really sore. Bet it feels better as soon as they get it out.
I remember when my ingrown was removed. The pain from the injection of anesthesia was the most painful, compared to the removal of my whole nail. lol
Ответитьoh my god OMG 😮😮😮
When dr knows how to get the thing well...
Inject
Wow wow wow someone would have been kicked. I can't believe the country doesn't allow the foot Dr's to injuct anesthesia!!!!?????
