Sentence similarity using Gensim & SpaCy in python

hello Mam! i need to calculate similarity between some words and need to create a list and then check similarity can you please tell me how it can be done?
here is a example of my list :-
l1 = ["technology","c programming","c++ programming"]
l2 = ["Programming meme","Data structure meme","Bug Meme"]
