Simple Way to Reboot the Android Car Head Unit when it's Like Dead

I have a 2012 sonata with an Android Stereo with gps apps and all that, that came with it but it loads and everything but stays on the android logo

I installed an Android 4.4 Kit Kat iGO Prime radio/dvd/navigation unit in my 2008 Chevy Tahoe when the factory unit died. It has been installed for a year now and I now have an error message that reads:Missing or incomplete folder:/data/data/com.basarsoft.igo.javaclient/sentinel.txt:open failed:EIO (I/O error)A tab appeared at the end of the message that says "Ok".I pressed the tab and the next message appears: Application is unable to start, Please check other applications. I have tried to reset the unit several times and perhaps I'm doing it wrong as I am guessing what to do. Nothing has changed.CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP?  Thanks in advance!

Mine will not boot at all, I push the reset button and the led lights flash, but my screen is black and wont boot on. I bought a Zeinth Android device from alibaba, Anyone else have a similar issue

What is the next step though? Because I'm getting the same screen, and then when I click reboot or recover from backup, the head unit just dies again

Just wondering why all your products seem to use 4.4 KitCat.  Is there a reason all car audio systems seem to be stuck on that Android version?
