Hello sir , we have bought a property with dasua cameras already been installed. Previous owner left nvr for us . He didn’t give us login details or anything. My question is how can I reset it factory settings and is he still can watch us remotely on his mobile app ?please enlighten me asap . Thanking you

Hello, Wondered if you could answer a question regarding detection area.
In the exclusion area (non red) people passing the gate are activating the camera detection and sending a notification to my phone. How do I correct this?
Also my dog keeps activating the sensor, is it possible to exclude him from detection too?

Hi Bro.. Ur Step-Step Setup guide is really good.. But personally I’m having a problem at the Internet connection stage as it shows red dots next to cameras connected and when I bring the mouse to the red dot it shows as invalid username or password and not sure how to troubleshoot it.. can you pls help..
