Love this demonstration. Ive been struggling with if this is what I'll like to do because I have friends and family always calling for health and life advice but I'm not very talkative.
ОтветитьLoved this coaching demonstration! What I loved most is how you as coach interrupted in the right moment with the powerful question that allowed Karina to identify the gap in her thinking and helped her make a progress.
ОтветитьMight the client feel insulted if they SAY (like this client did) that it’s FINANCIAL resources they are talking about, and we ask AGAIN?
I’d feel like the coach wasn’t listening. 😢
OMG that was amazing for me, as a person and as a coach starting her business... there were many points to think about it. I loved the "let the Universe take care of the HOW": it is absolutely aligned with my beliefs. I really enjoyed the possibility of seeing how to guide a session, how to interact with a client, and how to let the conversation flow... thank you very much!
ОтветитьThank you Ajit, I learned a lot from this session <3
ОтветитьThank you Ajit, and thank you, Karina. Many fabulous nuggets in there that I can adopt in both my own life and for my clients.
ОтветитьThank you, Ajit, for this fantastic video! At the beginning you talk about a form that Karina submitted before the session. May I ask for a template that you suggest, please?
Ответитьdid you, yourself, get credentialed or certified in coaching?
ОтветитьThis was so helpful! Thank you 😊
ОтветитьA lot of this is v similar to how to do sales
ОтветитьI appreciated you giving your client food for thought, yet allowing her the room to decide. But, the chess analogy as a parting gift in my opinion will definitely have her giving you a call back. Congratulations message received 😃
ОтветитьThe biggest insight I had was to get people to gain clarity of the future, instead of throwing every tool I ever learned or had success with at them.
ОтветитьIt’s interesting to observe this! But I didn’t catch why you didn’t ask her what was the trigger or specific occasion which made her decide to move from corporation? Is it too hold or you didn’t see the value or why?
ОтветитьThank you for sharing. That's wonderful. Greetings from Guadalajara Jalisco México
ОтветитьThe best part for me was when you were honest with her without being harsh. This is an art for a coach to master.
ОтветитьI liked the poker and card game analogy. However, how do you close? Do you leave it to them to book another session? Or do you say, do you want to book another session now?
ОтветитьLovely session Ajit !
ОтветитьHi Ajit am a up and coming coach your videos is a big help for me.❤❤❤
ОтветитьHi very nice I will keep watching thank you god bless you 😊I’m sending you love and prosperity ❤❤❤
ОтветитьSo... I think a coaching session with Ajit is quite an experience. Your energy and warmth are wonderful. I personally found very interesting that there were moments of explicit interpretation and statements about how to look at things differently, as opposed to 'playing back' what had been said and looking for further insights from the client. A point where I saw this happening is when you say that 'keeping the job or not keeping the job is not the question'. At first it sounded to me like a decision made by the coach, especially when saying "quitting the job shouldn't be the objective". As a coach I never use these expressions because it'd feel like I'm telling them what is right. However, I see how and why you use it, and it goes with an actively supporting, lifting style of coaching. Something that has been limited in my coaching education. Finally, there is a point where I'd have jumped asking further, and was instead put aside, so I'd like a comment from you: around the minute 16, there is this great question about what she really feels when she thinks of quitting now, apart from the financial uncertainty (which is already clearly not the point), and she answers referring to the fact that one voice tells her she has still much to do, that she would leave things unfinished, while another says "what? why?".. there, I'd have explored further. The arguments from both voices, what/who is behind them. Your choice was to say that the financial problem is not the issue and to describe the typical day. To me, it sounded like an interruption of the flow and a direction given by the coach. But I guess it's a matter of choice points....? Thanks very much for this session, it really got me thinking. And may I add something trivial? :O) Is it me or does Ajit look a lot like John Legend?? 🙂
ОтветитьWonderful example what a coaching session looks like I found many NLP elements well done👍
ОтветитьThe chess/poker analogy was a nugget
ОтветитьDear Ajith, This coaching session break up really made me reinforced with basic principle questions as a beginner.
in Coaching career. Thank you for sharing it.
This session was excellent; thank you!
ОтветитьWow. How incredible. I'm in a similar situation as Karina. Same age, same dilemma. I have a corporate job, some financial security, but I want to start my own life coaching practice. That would be the next big step for me. So I've just finished the Coaching Session Planner quests on the Mindvalley platform and somehow ended up here. Thanks Ajit for all the knowledge you are sharing, it's very helpful and encouraging. This one is a gem, particularly for people who are following a path similar to Karina's and also for those who want to start coaching 🙏
Ответитьvery insightful
ОтветитьHad a very impactful WOW moment while watching this viedeo. The universe deliverrs 24/7. Thank you kindly for the work you do. They you and Karina for sharing!
ОтветитьFrikking BRILLIANT
ОтветитьSo good and just ordered a book
Ответить"mindset of possibilities" "a game of chess, not the next move but10 moves ahead the end game" great food for thought many thanks A.
ОтветитьI really enjoyed this Ajit- Thanks so much.
ОтветитьI am new to coaching and I love the structure that was laid out. You also confirmed some things that are necessary steps that come natural to me. Loved the analogy you used!❤
Ответить"Coaching" is, bluntly speaking, bullshit. If you have zero skills yet want to make money, call yourself a "coach" and start hustling. As for "master coaches" they're bullshit personified. People are such incredible suckers.😆
ОтветитьHi Ajit you’ve helped me on this session.
ОтветитьAs a coach in training myself, I was fascinated by your interaction because it was not interruption, it wasn’t ‘let me share my experience of that’; it was progressive understanding between you as you partnered together on this stage of her journey.
ОтветитьPhenomenal coaching lesson and lesson in general. Thank you both.
ОтветитьExcellent coaching session Ajit. Karina was emotionally connected during the session and she got her breakthrough. Amazing.
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing this Ajit. Great job! Keep up the good work.
ОтветитьWhat a scam. And, what do you charge for simply talking to someone?
ОтветитьI appreciated watching this video. I liked when Karina got in touch with her past not being so easy, and I felt the fear about going off on her on might have stemmed from that. She is a very confident successful self empowered woman, so I am sure she will find her answers.
ОтветитьI am very new to life coaching. This video is very helpful. thank you so much.
ОтветитьAjit is the best.👍
ОтветитьGood points 👍🏻
ОтветитьThank you, You have helped me to final make decision to transition to what I have been building towards with my studies but scared of new journey that I am about to take.
ОтветитьSuch a wonderful session Coach Ajit! My biggest highlight was the understanding that one´s fears and doubts come from the older version of yourself. From the lessons, you have already learned. And I loved the Chess-Poker tool! Thank you😃😍
ОтветитьThis video helped me create an outline of what my initial coaching session will look like and I really needed this step. The correlation between the curiosity and the breakthrough was an eye-opener. I resonated with the chess and poker analogy: chess is vision and the end result and poker is how you're going to get there. Thanks, again, Ajit, for this clarity to set me up for success in my coaching business.
ОтветитьHi Ajit -some feedback / why do you have this very inauthentic accent - it is very misplaced and irritating as well . No idea why you wear a Hat / A hat if you should know is worn to save you from the hot sun - when you are OUTDOORS - so why would you wear one in a studio - on a coaching call to audiences or your client . Comments on many of your videos are turned off - you are probably good as a financial support in a company / but as a coach or in front of the camera you have no personality or authencity to charm the listeners. Please invest in a coach to help you to come across more honest - it is impossible to connect with your audience .
