This house is the exact same house that batman and the joker fought in at the end of the movie

This scene hits deep man. Jokers backstory just feels so realistic and relatable in real life. So sad man

If you skip the entire Batgirl subplot, this is actually a good movie.

This was a callback to a Golden Age story in which Joker reveals that he was a criminal called the Red Hood.

The way his voice changes when he says “She hates me”.

Mark Hamill is truly one of a kind, capturing the vulnerable human side of the character and then the sinister tone underneath that is the Joker.

The atmosphere of this scene is magnificent. Without the connection to Batman, you'd think that you were watching a Film Noir movie. Speaking of which, I love that you can hear bits and pieces of the Joker in his voice. It's the little details, man.

For my DC Universe fanfiction, Joker's backstory will combine elements from The Killing Joke, the DCAU, the 1989 film, the 2008 novel, and the 2019 film. For starters, his real name will be Jack Napier, (as it should be) and like his '89 and DCAU counterparts, he'll be a mob hitman. The justification for why no one (even the GCPD or Batman) figures out his real identity is because Jack erased all records of his family history before the incident at Ace Chemicals. Likewise, Gotham PD won't have any DNA records on him because he always managed to avoid capture during his small-time mob days, along with the fact that the chemicals altered and corrupted his DNA. So while Jack Napier is his real name, due the fact that he erased it, he'll be free to operate under a number of aliases.

I like this story better than joker movie of 2019. Mark Hamill delivers this scene so much dramatic and more serious.

This movie wasted a lot of dramatic potential for these flashback scenes only for having Batman's Batmobile get in and out of Batgirl's garage 😒

This is like when you find a really funny joke on the internet. But when you try to tell it back at your friends they don't laugh and roast you.
