That was awesome! I'm a newbie and was just thinking the other day that squats seem to fire the quads more than the glutes. How come no one talks about stair climbers for glute activation? I find that 10-20 minutes climbing the stair master activates the glutes more than hip thrusts, but then again, I'll have to try it as demonstrated in this video

ОтветитьNo mention of the fact that lactate accumulation on gluts get your cellulite (if there is) worst. I will not reccomend burning sets on gluts at all.
