2 pounds of stew meat, cut up roast, or sirloin steak
pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, 2 T. oil for sautéing
1 onion
10 oz. mushrooms
1 T. minced garlic
1 cup beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom
or cream of celery
manual setting, 15 minutes,
instant release
mix 2 T. beef broth, 1 T. flour
to thicken broth
