I havent gone outside for 2 years because of mg intrusive thoughts and social anxiety, i know its not healthy but i dont know how to fix this problem, i dont know how to be normal, everyday i feel darkness please help me Lord

God will rescue you. It may seem impossible, you have gone through a lot but take heart for your God will deliver you from all of that.

I don't mean to be a downer, but I didn't like the song, once I took the time to think about it. She is singing from the position of God, and in turn, if we sing, it is from the position of God. This cannot be correctly fruitful to the Spirit, and does not position ourselves as below the Almighty, where we truly are. Do not get me wrong, if God decided to sing this song, then I would be filled with awe. But if this song is intended to be one of praise and worship, then I cannot see how we can do so in Spirit and Truth, if we sing as if we are God.
I hope this comes across in a loving light, not in an evil one. I mean no harm, simply to say what I believe to be truth. Be at peace.

I just came out what is some like that internally depression bipolar 2 ..ups and down. I have made my bed in hell and listening to this today I can testify he did say that army I’m in the middle of the darkness. I was broken After the divorce, Not because the man but because I did everything in my power to obey God. I was married to a narcissist and to him I lost my family my mother my church family my daughter, My goals, my dog, my health, my desire for life my mind . I watch myself die, crush, screening, lost and helpless. I feel shame I felt regret I felt disappointment I felt my heart refusing to cease breathing. I went to the dark Knight of the soul , I was mad at God for making me so sensitive and observant for giving me so much wisdom but not the discipline is trying to execute. I was mad I didn’t have a win at all cause attitude. But again he took me to purification turning me to myself and showing me that everything I’ve ever hated I am a capable of being. He forgive me showed me empathy and start to put in love again in my heart for those in the prison of the world. He said I will restore you. Gave me a great paying job and I didn’t apply for(HR dialed the wrong number) Gave me and your car move me away from the environment that caused me so much depression Into our house, And told me wipe your eyes pic of yourself and take your family back to work. Continue to share your story showed the people there is spiritual freedom. He does rescue. Pray it does not change things prayer changes you.. This is what I learned every time I walk in my empty house(2cats.21 years old daughter returned home)and realize I got nothing I ask for everything I needed I am most blessed .

This song has been on my mind, and listening to lyrics after forgetting them for so long they really resonate with what i've been dealing with. God is amazing, perfect, and he will never leave me. He has a plan for us and that helps me get through the anxiety and panic attacks, because i KNOW that it will be okay.

Lord Heal the wounded souls. Rescue us Lord from those forces stronger than us.
