I think the funniest part about this is how Bandini knows he's in a Ferrari, which is.... Well, unreliable to say the least. And yet, he still pushes it to and past the limit.

Great movie. I really liked it a lot. But as italian I'm a little tired about these hollywood clichè. I mean, the joke of Ford's men about mafia once they enter in Ferrari factory is simply outrageous and ridiculous.

A film full of lies this one too. It was Holman-Moody LA CA that rebuilt the GT40`s to fit the mighty FE427R and "invented" the Mk2, not Carrol Shelby.. Holman-Moody also raced (was it 3 or 4) Mk2`s under their own "flag" as backup cars in -66. The de-tuned nascar 427R made +550hp at 7400rpms, not 485 at 6200 like the story says
