Great story but it's all nonsense. As a seller, I can back out of the contract if someone offers me 5,000 more. Good luck trying to sue me. Then, you can wipe your butt with a contract. It happened to me once. This is a great story to sell book about that bull. Most of the flippers will steal the contract from you knowing that it will cost you more time and money to sue the flipper. By the way, good luck finding the flipper in one week who you can sell the contract to.,

I understand everything. I took notes the only thing you really left out was the contract. Where to go what to do and what kind of contract. I understand everything else. This wasn’t explained very well how do you make a contract how do you get one have to you get everything secured how does the buyer not realize that your the middle man and then go to the original seller

In order to assign the contract you had to sign a contract correct? This is the risk that you would have to abide by the contract if you can't find a buyer.
