Guys I have a theory about a potential scene for season three. Season two shows reveals Lu Guang inside a forest holding on to Cheng Xiaoshi body. Season two opening revealed a scene of Lu Guang and a possessed Qiox Ling falling inside a forest even though none of the scenes include being in a forest in season two. However when the reverse came back the forest was skipped in the opening.

I gotta say, this show is such a rollercoaster of thrills with crazy cliffhangers, actions and plot twists. kinda bummer that it wasn't big as those new gen anime shows nowadays cuz it's not "japanese".

I origanally thought that diving into pictures was another one of Lu Guangs abilities. And that Cheng Xiaoshi was a regular dude that worked with him and voluteered to dive. But when I found out diving into pictures was Cheng Xiaoshi's power, I thought, "Why does Lu Guang know more about Cheng's power than Cheng does?" 🤔🤔

So if Chen Xiao Shi died in the past, how is he alive? Or is he going to die in the future?

minor pet peeve but cheng is xiaoshi's surname and not his given name so it was kinda weird to hear u calling him by his surname for a good half of the video, pther than that i think your theory makes a lot of sense and i cant wait to see how it all plays out in s3!

Could Lu Guang's "last chance" mean that his ability to travel through photo is cancelled out by a living Cheng Xiaoshi with the same ability (also the possible reason for the future Lu Guang to stay in the past), and Lu Guang can only use this one chance of traveling back in time to save Cheng Xiaoshi as much times as possible?

I dont think the officer is that good tbh. I think his fighting was more emotionally charged. Who wouldn't give that guy the beat down of his life after his wife was killed FOR NO REASON she was only a Pawn, they didn't have to go that far. So yeah I don't blame him for going demon time on-site. Had some serious business to finish and needed some closure.

Those type situations you don't care what happens it either you eye for eye or join your wife in peace. Notice he was completely oblivious to LG, CX injuries when he arrived. So yeah that was Hella personal for him.

My theory is that they got their powers from the earthquake. In the ED we see a basement and experiment going wrong, so that caused the earthquake. And they started to figure out their abilities through traumatic events (cheng having his parents die and the twins too). In episode 12 they say tian xi wasn't always mute but she lost her voice 6 months ago, this could be due to the earthquake. After this we see the brother unconsciously using his power to control others when cheng was getting disconnected with lu guang when they're learning sign language. If cheng and lu's powers involve the past and the twins involve the present, then the man with the hat could have future/foresight abilities

Lu Xiao is the name of the black haired friend.

I assumed Tianxi gave her powers to Qiao Ling when she died but Qiao Ling doesn’t realize she has powers yet since she didn’t trigger the vision of the memories she received.

This would also align with the Tianchen mentioning stealing powers from others at the start of the season.

Really liked watching ur recaps through the whole szn! I feel like this season was kind of a disappointment in the fact that it was kinda slow paced and not much happened, but definitely liked the fact that lg has been saving cxs all along (and the fact that ql saw lg memories)

It would be funny if no one killed cxs but he committed suicide instead and that’s what lg meant when he said he wanted to save him.(not a real theory,just thought it was interesting)

This show is so good i knew they weren;t just gonna end the show without a proper look on Lu gaung's strange behavior and how he feels you know? We also need some sort of backstory on the powers and Lu guang too since we already got Cheng Xiaoshi's

At least we got answers to why Liu Lan fought back against Li Fan’s abusive behavior. Looks like we got that right to where she did get possessed. I honestly wish Li Tianxi wasn’t mute and I’m kinda hoping she survived being shot.

I have a theory that the dude with the hat (don’t remember his name lol) is responsible For Lu Guang, Cheng Xiaoshi, and the twins having special abilities. That maybe during the overseas trip he gave it to them seeing the fact that he was with them then based off the new PV that came out.

Lu Guang seems more honest to Qiao Ling when she asks. I can imagine her asking him about the memories directly as well when the opportunity comes.

I think that when Cheng Xiaoshi died he gave his powers to Lu Guang , like Li tianxi to Qiao Ling or Lu Guang took them away himself.

I think the event of S1 did take place calling him a hypocrite is not good, It's the beginning of S2 after he changes. Yes he traveled back in time before the event of S1 (most likely) but still I believe the event of S1 did take place in his original World. Just CSX dying is what he changed in a timeline of S2.

I mean just think if he already saved CSX why would he be shocked to see Emma survive?
Means he doesn't know that death can be altered. So after that event he went back in time. Which means S1 events happened as they did. The timeline changes somewhere after that.

A crazy detail is that in both S1 and 2, the backgrounds in EVERY scene is kinda acrylic and photo-ish. BUT in the overseas trip arc, the background is VERY realistic. This must mean the show was from LG’s POV the whole time. We were tricked into thinking it was CXS as the MC the whole time. And that he dived back after the overseas trip to safe CXS??
