What's it Like to Take Flixbus to Canada?

Hi there! Thank you for this informative video. I just have a quick question in regard to luggage. Are there any luggage trolleys at the customs? I am traveling with two full-sized bags to JFK Terminal 4 for my flight. A little skeptical about how the luggage happens and will I be able to carry it all alone myself? Thanks!

BAD Company. worst Bus Company ever, I cancelled a booking within 3 days and 7 days. without mentioning they deduct almost %40. This is a steal. Horrible

It is interesting that Flixbus and other 'discount' scheduled bus operations are on parking lots or along the streets near Penn Station when the Port Authority Bus Terminal (at 8th/9th Ave - 40th-42nd Street) was built in the early 1950's to get the long distance and regional bus services off the streets.
By the way, finally a trip with no significant drama. Kinda boring for us, a pleasure for you.

Back in June, I wanted to take a day trip to Richmond. Booking tickets for the morning greyhound bus was easy, but they wouldn't let me buy a ticket for the Flixbus back in the afternoon. I tried to contact their customer service multiple times and got cut off every time. I also gave the Flixbus app a terrible review on the Google Play Store. They didn't care. After weeks of trying to get through to Flixbus, I started collecting contact information for the local media and politicians. I decided to make one last despite attempt to get through to Flixbus before it got ugly. I tracked down the official Flixbus Twitter account and sent them a DM explaining the problem I was having. To my amazement, Flixbus responded back just two hours later, saying that they had identified a glitch in their system that was causing the bus I was looking for to not be listed on the booking page. The next day, they sent me another message saying that the problem was fixed. When I checked the Flixbus app and website, the bus I needed was listed. It took me six weeks to get through to Flixbus with such a glaring error. I do find it concerning that Flixbus pays more attention to their Twitter account than they do to the official help system. Two weeks after fixing the problem, I finally got to take my trip. The Flixbus itself was good. It was pretty much the same as the one here, but there were only 4 people on it. That's not surprising given the fact that there was only one more stop on the route, and it was only two weeks after the glitch that was preventing people from buying tickets on this part of the trip.

As a over the road tour bus driver I’m gonna guess the stops are a break for the driver. He can’t use a bathroom while moving. Plus driving overnight driver fatigue can be a issue. A few stops really helps us with drowsiness

I think the rest stops are for the drivers benefit, not the passengers! Drivers need breaks on long journeys

As someone who suffers with travel sickness I kinda like the no food cos the smell of food would make me too sick to travel but maybe 10 hours and no food is a bit long

I thought Flix was just a European train company. I had no idea they ran buses in the US too.

Former USMC. I traveled in the past it was ok. I like the assigned seats. But the BUS STATION IN TAMPA, FL IS UNDER A BRIDGE. Bus drivers that stopped there didn't give a SHI* about answering costumer's questions. That's what our money is worth and our value and our safety. I took a trip to Knoxville TN. In Atlanta our trip was canceled after being there 9 hours with bus 0105 canceled 2xs. They offered a Voucher or Reassigned your route for another time. HOW convenient as a smart A** remark. NEVER AGAIN SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE A SAFER ROUTE.
