How to import CATIA V5 (.cgr, .igs, .model, .stl, .stp) files

Where exactly can I find a trustworthy download link of Catia V5? There's a horror game that runs of CGR files, and I want to crack the environments and models open. Also, how exactly would I get CGR AUDIO files to play?

Hi! Can u tell me why after i save as .cgr file into .stp. , then opened the .stp. in Solidworks, it cannot be read? Also, can you show me how to convert the data, so that it can be read in Solidworks. Please help me. Thanks.
