love pugna, but I dont understand why we dont see more witch blade, the crazy damage from pugnas int gain, combined with huge attack range allows him to have tons of kill threat even while healing allies.

Oracle's Fate's Edict will block the self damage on from life steal and allow you to heal up ally hero's hp and mana for basically free.
