How to create activities and cost loading from BOQ

Thank you Hanny.I tried merging two tables in Power Query,trying to relate the various Activity IDs,to their various BOQ amounts, but the structure of my excel sheet was distorted , because some of the Activity IDs did not have Cost
How do i manage this?
