I'm currently extremely sick in mexico, if i was in the states i would just buy this. But there are not many options here (no gym saunas, no good saunas for sale). I made a little diy one with a grow tent and three heating light bulbs... I know it's not FIR and probably high EMF... But i really need to sweat and detox... Any recommendations on what i can do here?
Any recommendations for low emf full spectrum or FIR heaters i can buy and diy it?

Unfortunately this is not accurate.. take more than this man's word for it. Do your own research. There are MANY commercial locations ( spas gyms cryotherapy places etc) as well as sauna studios ( franchises like perspire sweat studio among others. See what is used by these places and it will give you a good idea of what lasts.. of what is quality... Etc

Matt, thank you for all your videos and I think I will try and get a Radiant but I have a question. You say how EMF is so important and so low, but why does this matter so much when in the sauna because one you get out of the sauna, you are barraged by so much EMF. Why would it matter to be EMF free for the small amount of time each day you spend in the sauna?
