This serves me right I reckon. I was in the first stages of building the ATV and after long trips to the caves the only thing I was really short on was copper. I did the dance and as usual it didn't work. I reloaded and I had 200 of everything in my inventory. HOORAY!! I headed back to base, but I closed Cheat engine so as no to jinx my good luck. I came across a bear and when I went to shoot an arrow it said I had none?? Saved and reloaded, only this time I have nothing except what was on the hot bar. I still went back to base and guess what?
ALL of my chests are empty. Thousands of nails, scrap, bullets etc. All gone. The only thing not deleted is black crystal, my shotgun incendiary bullets, clothing I bought as DLC and a piece of fish on the fridge. I've had over an hour deleting newer saves, trying to load old ones etc. No joy. I've done with this game for a while. I'm just too angry to carry on and I sure haven't got another few months spare to grind it all back. Gutted.
