Just found out mine was restricted because I was using an Ethernet hotspot instead of regular wifi

I was at an rv park and was using the public wifi and i saw the comments were restricted. I watched your video but it didnt work. What also works is if your on a public wifi then switch the wifi, because if you cant toggle it then it means that the network admin controls it. So just change your wifi
