Where’s the other 3000 guys?
ОтветитьLosing a ton bc angler is setting 5 minutes after bobber down at least in this video. I’m unsure what is common up there. I just relate it to my local fisheries and trout.
Do any anglers up there use yarn? More sensitive and fish get less resistance I think.
Do any anglers tight line nymph for em?
I get bobbers are easy for older clients to see though.
I went to school at Frostburg State... we used to make the run to Erie to chase steelhead. It was a 4 hour drive each way, that was a LONG day but lots of fun. By the way, if those suckers come out of cold, clean water, they are FANTASTIC to eat.
ОтветитьFantastict trip with fantastic guides. Great video. Thank you
ОтветитьSo the "need" for private land boils down to guides and landowners being able to profit off a public resource they don't own filled with fish paid for by the public.
ОтветитьTHere's only a need for private water is to restrict others from fishing, nothing else. There's no holiness or virture to it. More private makes as much sense as having a shorter, narrower road to drive.
ОтветитьWell done video! 👏
ОтветитьI'll never forget the first steelhead I ever hooked. I couldn't have been much older than 11 or 12. It almost scared me. The water conditions were perfect, we had fresh, virgin snow nobody have walked through. Everything was calm and beautiful. And then the water EXPLODED when I hooked that fish. And no matter how many I catch I am still every bit as excited as I was back then
ОтветитьJust a fantastic video Colin, really enjoyed it. What a successful trip!!
ОтветитьI would like to say to everyone who say those are not steelhead, I would say when steelhead were implanted in grate lakes years ago at what point did they cease to be steelhead and pacific salmon cease to be salmon just because they have introduced into the great lakes?
ОтветитьReally enjoyed the show! Thanks!
ОтветитьWe tied Kurt's Creek Minnow at our last Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing: Augusta GA meeting., Gonna try it out this weekend on bluegills and largemouth bass this weekend
ОтветитьGreat video
I am blessed to live right in the center of steelhead alley
Tight Lines!!!!
Great video! We have big lake run browns here in Ireland in the summer/autumn and I’m sure your tips will help here too.
ОтветитьThe Bitikofer’s are an amazing family, and this fishery is world class. Loved this episode.
ОтветитьGreat show, very well done, thanks! Barry
ОтветитьThumbing up 👍
ОтветитьAwesome fishing trips, tight lines.
ОтветитьExcellent
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
Nice Colin, nice fish, oh yeah, nice!
ОтветитьI enjoyed this very much , thank you for educating those that never fly fished on knowing the difference between Private Property and Public waters.
ОтветитьTreasure of a resource. Thanks for a great video!
ОтветитьNo offense, but you guys have put out some fantastic vids. Why do one on fishing some burned out Pa. drainage ditches to catch stocked pellethead muttbows? I mean they eat yarn on the daily. You guys are way better than that.
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьAnticipating the release of this ! Can’t wait to hear & see especially Kurt and Morgan !🎣
