Top 10 Vanilla WoW Things Which Wont be in Classic WoW

The wall walking thing was something I discovered when I was 6 or 7 by myself and I became very good at it. I ended up getting permanently banned for it actually which sucked. And my mum punished me by making me re-level my older brother's alliance character.

Why were there no mentions of the things from the beta version? Or even Warcraft 2?
Idk if this shit is intended for people that only learned now how to turn on a computer, but no shit we won't have the stuff that's been fixed/repaired in previous patches if the game will run on it's last balance patch. Talking about captain obvious.
I'll let you know on a little secret, there's a high chance you won't be dpsing the Lich King fight with Thunderfury in the hopes of being top dps.

Half of these are just classic being on the latest version of vanilla

I vaguely remember Warriors hating me playing Disc priest since I think it prevented them from building up their rage or whatever their "mana" is since the absorb prevented damage to them.

Classic really need the player housing experience that was never realized.

#6 "Didn't expect it to be as popular as it was." was BS. Every MMO used to do this to hype the game and save money. It was an utterly predictable response that happened for every moderately successful game. They burned through all their money in development and intentionally skimped on servers so that if their non-preorder sales were lower than expected the servers still seemed very active. If they were at the predicted levels they would gush about how it exceeded their expectations and they were rushing to set up more servers with the money they made at launch, but of course they had plans in place for this the whole time.
For WoW especially this was true. Their open beta was huge and the hype was off the charts. They knew they had a hit, though it did continue to grow over time even beyond their expectations and redefined what a successful MMO could be. WoW turned so many casual gamers into 20-hour per week perpetual players. That's what made WoW really revolutionary.

Wallwalking was a huge reason I checked out classic for some reason and the fact it wasn't there hit me sorely

oh man, first 6 months of classic were so fucking good! then min maxing and wolrd buff and even AV fucking broken and no one fought etc...etc... killed the game!!!!

Combine the Ghoul invasion, but replace the ghouls with the mindless zombie model, with the Corrupted Blood incident!
Crates are filled with rats. These rats are plague carriers. These rats are only infected with corrupted blood before they're released. This plague is called, "Plague of Corrupted Blood of Undeath" and is also why the infected don't become feral ghouls.

game is almost dead thanks to all the nerfs and itemization etc etc...it was all so nerfed that even the worst of the worst could pass any raid...hence why so many left on start and others later...if TBC is released in same way then both are big fails...well for those that never played original settings of Vanilla WoW or TBC might not nag because after all they got no idea what was the difficulty or settings but to those that have been playing original game...Classic was a joke with all the nerfs...lets see now if TBC is nerfed..

let me ad a few..there will be no raid requierments in Classic..you will go naked in raids and be able to pass without a problem thanks to all the nerfs they released with classic wow..gear ? not important..green items lvl 45 are stronger in Classic then tier 1 items for high end raid...again something that never existed in vanilla but was introduced in classic for easier gaming...so yeah...vanilla was one game..Classic is completly another game

1. Paladins reckoning is nerfed compared to classic, due to falloff when combat ends ect.

At first, power word shield also absorbed fall damage. I used to jump off the zeppelin quite early in Tirisfal...then one day I went splat

To be honest the only thing in vanila I wanna change is mages sheep+eat/drink combo in PvP. It so unbelievably dumb.

Missing also: Warriors used to be able to survive falls from ANY height in Defensive Stance, because the fall would only take up to 100% of your health and no more than that. Defensive Stance would reduce that by 90%, so you'd survive with 10% health remaining.

there are "explorers", people who spend all their time climbing cities, mountains, swimming etc to get to uncharted lands in wow,. in retail aswell.
i myself found some cool bugged areas in retail wow.

im not sure if this was intentional but debuff dropping actually does work in classic, for example sodapoppin had ress sickness on stream one time and it dropped because he had so many debuffs.

the thing i miss the most about vanilla as opposed to classic is the fact that we were all noobs and there was only like 2/3 players per realm who actually knew what they where doing azeroths gods lol

Class changes, hated that crap. The reason I quit playing 3years ago. Too many changes, professions abilities nerfs and buffs. It's a bunch of baloney
