I used to feel sorry for Cooper as a kid, but not so much now. Kind of dumb to lead the Spinosaurus into the middle of the runway and endanger everyone else.

Sucker punching Dr grant gives you a guarantee that your going to get ate by a spinosauras . Lol

In the Jurassic Park book, Muldoon wanted anti-tank missiles to take down a rogue T-rex. Shame we never got to see a dinosaur melted by an ATGM.

I literally had this happen to me on starfield. Everything minus the plane crashing. I was Cooper going into the bush with a big gun only to get chased out by something I wasn't prepared for. Meanwhile my companion was literally the dude going "nah, he's a professional he can take care of himself" 😂😂😂😂

Why did he leave his rifle behind is still a mystery though.

Fun Theory:
The plane propellers cut the dinosaur's neck which kills it....and the main dinosaur hunting them throughout the movie is actually the mate of the first one; seeking revenge.

It knows that they're the same ones who killed it's mate, because the mother character screams the entire movie, after letting the dinosaurs know what she sounded like through the megaphone when she first arrived.

The spinosaur hunts them because they killed it's mate, and the raptors hunt them because Billy stole an egg.

This kinda mirrors how the step-dad dies at the beginning, and the divorced parents work together to get their son back from the island.

Both the Humans AND Dinosaurs are dealing with the loss of a mate, and the retrieval of a lost offspring.

This movie had so many awesome scenes.
The way the raptors injur one of the people, and leave him at the bottom of the tree, to lure the rest of the humans down.
So chilling.
Especially the way they casually snap his neck when they realize that the trap isn't working.

This movie is really underrated.

Whatever happened to no one gets left behind? lol! I was really really hoping the wife would get eaten in the most horrifying way. lol!

If I was Cooper I might just run passing the road and go into the forest. Who knows that the Spino would be distracted by the plane 😅.
I really hate him for punching Dr. Grant, but his desperate expression at the end really got me sad 😢.

Cooper's death has haunted me since I first saw this movie as a kid. Jesus, that raw terror he shows and then getting snatched up right up to the camera in broad daylight.... horrific.

Update got at Walmart getting the collector's edition less than $10 not counting tax's.

Lost World is a guilty pleasure. But this 3rd movie was a huge downgrade and has so many plot holes even for a franchise that always required suspension of disbelief.

The real reason this movie wasn't the best at the time was due to its story. It's literally a movie about how two extremely terrible parents bamboozled Grant on a rescue mission for their kid. If it was about rediscovering/ uncovering unauthorized genetic breeding like they said about the Spinosaurus, it would have been more interesting and paved a better story for Jurassic World in the future.

It's so funny when Dr. Grant looks out the window after the plane has crashed into the tree, and says, "We haven't landed yet."

I'm pretty sure in reality these .50 cal. rifles could kill that one, especially if they used that explosive ammo they showed early in the movie
