Webinar: Google Core Web Vital Update

I have a customer with a simple single background image Coming Soon page which took 3.1s to load. I recreated the page in Kadence/Gutenberg and immediately got a 550ms page load speed.

I want to take this opportunity to extend thanks and appreciation to the Google family for the many contribution to the development of the human capicity through research, I must say that through the pass years the service has done a great impact in my global information quest for knowledge.

I was hoping a bit more in-depth discussion considering you had some experts on the panel. You can easily get this info by reading a few articles and it would take you much less than 35min. I kind of felt that it wasn't the best use of my time, but maybe it's because I had already done my homework.
PS: I hate when people put so little effort into their video calls. A proper mic and a decent connection would have helped. Considering what these guests do on daily basis they should have a decent setup by now, even when they are working from home.

This could've been really great, but the organizer was really not good at it..

The question that begs to be asked: When Elementor will start making changes in its builder to agree with CWV? Even in a single page with only text you load a lot of poor code and scripts. You builder rules but its code has a lot to be improved.

First solve your large page problem,,, that is tha main issue for blogger longer load time for pages.. Elementor ‼️‼️

I am using Elementor to design my homepage and It is causing CLS issue in Elementor but other pages that don't design with Elementor has very less CLS issue. Elementor should work On CLS issue and other speed performance.

I think that the main concern was - how will this change affect page ranking for pages using Elementor builder? and there was no answer about this!
