Due to the difference we are able to do some things the same and not others. Leaving the percentage aside the FACT remains FOREVER that males and females are different. The animal kingdom shows us the same thing. You don't see them kicking up a big old fuss 😄

The fact man and woman are different is clearly palpable in general therms. A different man to a different woman can differ on a different degree. We don't like the idea of man and women not being the same because is not idealistic but, is the real truth.

Feminist now these days would say my husband is abusive when he is so very understanding, loving and kind. We are just so different. We think different, our opinions on reading certain situations are different, we just don't always see eye to eye but that's okay because we are just evaluating the situation or what have you differently ! That's all there is to it... besides biology of course that could explain most of our differences if we could only find the answers.. lol. I still love him and him me. Picking your battles is truly what it takes for a relationship. We understand things from each others point of view but still see it differently and agree to disagree and that's okay. He's still the one I want to be with forever and vise versa. But dang sometimes that wall between us is just something else LOL
Perhaps the differences are necessary to survival in some way. I believe so.

It's funny how some people have become so arrogant about their beliefs that they think thousands of years of human history have taught us nothing. We live in a time when a 20 year old thinks that you can change genders like you change the parts on a car. And when someone like Dr. Peterson points out objective truths, he is vilified by said 20 year old.

Jordan's view of gender differences is healthy and reflective of reality. But his view of the pay gap misses some details. For example, indeed men go to war. But, men create wars. Men do dangerous things that they invented and men invented the value system that says that a job that requires physical strength or risks should pay more than one that requires sensitivity, compassion and peace making skills. Likewise, more men are in prison of their own making (some of which is hurting women). The pay value is men made and originates in seeing men qualities as worth more. Lifting heavy items or handling heavy machines need not be paid more than nursing, sewing, or attending to children. In fact it would be just as logical to say that jobs that require emotional skills should pay more. But that is not necessary. These jobs are different, not in value but in type of skill. So, I totally see the wonderful differences. I do not see a need for different pay.

men and women have clearly different skills, values, and contributions they can make, they do not need to and are not equal because they're different. The value each can provide can be equal in a sense but it shouldn't even be about this being equal, its about providing your value, skills, and contributions to others, your relationships and more.

Both are needed and necessary and lead to the most success.
I do not see why to be great or equal you have to be able to do the things a different gender does.

Men and women aren't that different and we in this culture raise them to be different we raise them by design to be different.
We raise little boys and tell them not to cry and then they learn not to show their emotions and get angry and then we wonder why girls cry so much in comparison because we allow them to. We prioritize different skills so young girls get more pretty creative art sets for little jewelry and stuff more than science kits and most of the time craft sets for kids are covered in pink because we prioritize that more in girls and then we subconsciously think about it when gifting to little girls rather than giving something that enriches discovery and inspires a love of science. Growing up tomboy I was always given beauty sets that I never used and it always ended up becoming my sister's gifts because people in my extended family only ever thought about my biological sex or they wanted me to be a certain way from the social bias that being a tomboy is a phase prioritizing femininity. We even raise men and women to talk differently and then wonder why so many people have issues communicating in marriage.

Being a psychology graduate with a master degree in educational psychology, passionate as well, I can tell when data can be messed. Peterson is a great person, and I don t question his intention, but I see this more and more in literature, when articles are influence by politics and capitalism, they have to produce more just to produce... more quantity than quality. Psychology is a new science, DO NOT try to be fixed when interpreting it, because this is the problem... people are more eager to look smart than to act smart. I want to see him taking those articles that he claim to prove the reality and interpret them, the statistics behind and the methodology.

I've come to believe that Jordan has a severe case of superiority/inferiority complex, probably strongly based in his lack of physical prowess.
