I was unable to figure out what the programme "Top Gear" was about.

Delivery of emotions with that music created an insane atmosphere. There are much faster cars exist now. But when I saw this clip on TV as a kid I was like wow. Just like Captain Slow my eyes were teared. Top Gear`s brillant edition made me think that Bugatti Veyron was the god of the road. And yeah, in a small time period it already was.

It was a benchmark of car performance after legendary F1 which Veyron defeated even while not using launch control. With launch control it would absulutely destroy the F1. Hammond did a beautiful job at Veyron vs F1 drag race. Didn`t use the launch control. So the public would still respect the F1. These are why I loved Top Gear. Nothing but a really thoughtful program.

The production value here is something incomparable.

So apparently if you drive the Bugatti Veyron at it's top speed of 407kmh until the gas runs out in 12 minutes. Then according to calculations, you'll cover exactly 81.4km of distance...in just 12 minutes! That is really incredible! 🤯

I'd do anything to experience this car at its peak speed.

I was 17 years old when I first watched this Video back in 2009,now 32 years old, am still as captivated now as a was then, the Bugatti Veyron is truly a master piece.

Now that's what I call an "Italian Tune Up!"

At those speeds, the last thing I would be doing is talking, or swiveling my head around to look at a camera.

Normally the editing on Top Gear gets a little on my nerves, not this though, the snap-cuts between the digital speedometer and May, the cross-fade between May and the road rushing by, the close-ups to the Bugatti logo, the Duel of the Fates in the bg, its all amazing and fitting for the monumental even of Captain Slowly doing 407 Kilometers per Hour. Or about a football (Soccer) pitch every second.

And to think Jeremy said in the segement about the Veyron Watch that the Bugatti Veyron is a car “that will never exist.”

Possibly the best car video i have ever watched! The way it is put together is unlike anything i have ever seen! Based on today standards i dont think i will soon!

The fastest I've ever been in a car is 110-115mph in my stock fez in the Lake District and that was pretty alarming. I can't even begin to therefore fathom a speed over TWICE that...
