Yves Vroemen - Impact | Rainstorm (Ensemble & Choir)

Impact is a theatrical performance between live music, live sound design, live visuals, lighting and choreography, telling a story about the evolution of the earth and its inhabitants after a cataclysmic meteor threat to earth.

The concert was performed on march 5th 2015 in the Nicolai church in Utrecht. The work is a source of inspiration for the creation of a modern opera.

The performed 'rain effect' was inspired on the work 'Cloudburst', by Eric Whitaker.
