Andrew my profile just recently has gotten suspended. Ive appealed it, but they wont allow it to come back. I have a team from the google diamond whatever that means working on getting it back but no luck. My page had 133 5 star reviews prior to being taken down. Any thoughts? This company Im working with said for me to not do anything until they get back in touch with me but thats been about a week...

you mean to fix match old documet , we send to google EIN forum even only for old address (non match)?

if company has 3 physical locations
A,B,C
and business license (address) register for address A

if B got suspended, then google want match B location address with exactly document fot it,
then what is solution?

I have multiple pages and have contacted 3 different service providers on fivver with good reviews. I'm hoping this can get situated.

I actually deleted all my accounts and created new ones so now im waiting for the review to go through. The issue I was having before that I didn't experience this time is, that as soon as I created a new business page, they would be suspended immediately. I thought, well, I already have two different pages with the same address (two separate businesses) so I thought the AI was picking up on that and they dont want me to create another business under the same address, so I decided to just use "Service area" AND not to put hours down that I'm open lmaoo which I kept doing. I'm assuming they flag it if you say that customers DO NOT come to you but rather you go to customers, but then add business hours idk...so I went with "open, but no business hours" My account did not get suspended right away this time, but just waiting for the review conclusion. If it does get suspended, I will pay a cheaper guy with 5 star reviews to help a brother out

Great video! Couldn't someone theoretically edit (on Adobe, etc) the EIN letter for NAP and Articles of Incorporation/Organization to match multiple suspended gmbs to submit reinstatement applications to G?

A client of mine recently had their listing removed because they don't have staff on hand... It's a storage facility so there's no NEED for staff on hand. it's all animated. How do they get that fixed? They told them they violated Google terms because there was no staff on hand.

I recently got and office/ store front. How do i move my address to that new store front without loosing my reviews ? Or am i better off keeping my home address that i currently use and add the office as a second location? Also do i need a different telephone number if i do it as a second address?

Great video, Andrew, and I love the name! The only concern I could see here is that Zahid will be in control of your GMB, and if he wants to, he could hold it for ransom. Bit of an extreme case here, but his service is only 50 bucks; maybe one day he thinks he could make a few thousand by holding your profile hostage?

Can Google Maps listings be shadow banned? (Talking about something different than a suspension, where you can see that the listing was suspended.)

Also Andrew do you have over lapping service areas or no ? For example your LA location only does LA not greater LA?

where do you park your trucks in each location? do you rent a parking spot or something?

I had these issues, in the end it made sense to hire out an expert who got the suspension fixed in a few days.

I’m planning on doing my business out of my home . But I want a google business profile . But I don’t want my home address showing on my profile . I have reasons for this, such if I need to fire an employee, and they feel vengeful . I don’t need them to know where I live . I also don’t want them showing up on my doorstep if I advertise for employees . So can I set up my business profile using a “service area “ option ? I’m not planning on setting up different locations for Calgary. As our population is around 1,400,000. To start, I’m not planning on serving the smaller towns around us either .
As we grow, there would be future expansion . But to start I wish to take it a bit slower, work out all the kinks .
