I have one. The custom 24 is the most fun to play of all my guitars. It is the most versatile and very responsive to your playing... it feels like it responds to every hit... That said, it did not replace all my guitars like I thought it would. The thing is the tone, when it's a little overdriven, just past the breaking point, is still a bit weird to me. especially at the bridge position, but cleans and high gain sound great. Also the PRS pickup coil-tap is the closest I've ever heard to a "strat" tone. Oh! and I am not a fan of the bridge (IMO a bridge should be Flyd Rose or fixed). Still, for more familiar tones, I still feel the need to go back to my Fender / Schecter / Charvel guitars

I played one at a Guitar Center, and OH MY GOSH, I fell IN LOVE not just with the looks, but also with how smoothly they designed it to where you can go up and down the fretboard!😍🙌

I just got a custom 24 10 top in the mail and absolutely hate it. I’m used to the fender strat and now the prs DGT. Will be returning the 24

Very good Sir. You let us hear the sound of the guitar by your playing ! I remember picking up a PRS at a shop, and was surprised with the unusual and clear sound with the wide range - like nothing I had ever heard on an el.guitar. I have had all the elite guitar brands ( except Rickenbacker) bur PRS is my secret favourite.

Direct mount the pickups and install stainless steel frets and the custom 24 would be the perfect modern guitar. I would buy 2 or 3 if they did that.

Was just wondering if there are any more ce24s in the pipeline with black necks with gold script and figured tops, before I pull the trigger on a used custom 24

I couldn't understand why the standard treble & bass pickup were discontinued. Those were better sounding.

After 5 months of waiting, i finally got my Maryland-made Custom 24 a few days ago. To me its perfect, everything from the playability and sounds i get out of it, to the build quality and gorgeous top. Thanks PRS and everyone in the factory who was involved building my guitar!:)

The Custom 24 is now priced out of reach for most players and there are a lot of 10 Tops being made, pushing the prices out further. This is supposed to be the flagship guitar of PRS.

I’m not finding this model/color for sale anywhere… that’s a shame because this is my next guitar and I want it now! (Please) 😉🙂

Is this the 35th anniversary version or just the SE Custom? Quite a difference in price and therefore I’m assuming quality between the two. Thanks.

The HFS Vintage bass and treble were the best pickups.

Wasted my hard earned money on a custom 24. Impossible to keep in tune. The trem is garbage. Notice they never use it in the demos!!

I loved my Custom24 and I love PRS all the way! Started with SE Tremonti Custom and I was convinced that I'll play PRS until the end! :)

I m so in love with that exact model and color, it's probably a small fortune . I planed on getting one than covid hit. I was looking at it in Trapass green. But than I saw this commercial, and this caught my eye just like that . Perfect color for me . I don't know the price of this model and color ,I ld even take a demo .

I strongly considering PRS guitars. As a lifelong Floyd player, I was wondering how far sharp can I pull notes with the PRS Gen III trem? For example, 3rd, 4th, etc.

Great! But I think that neck pickup sounds a bit muddy. Of course it can be described as Warm and vintage tone, but in my opinion Vintage Bass is better. And a very BIG disappointment that you discontinued the cu24 with the Pattern Regular neck profile. Pattern Regular is an amazing neck profile!
