Help us understand what you really care about so we can make the next video on it:
1. Do you care about opening a food business?
2. Do you care about buying a house in Mumbai?

Any other suggestion?

Problem is all metros plus pune, Bangalore , Hyderabad only these are job creators •

So where will 20 to 70 year population go if not these?

Most have come from smaller cities or even villages or towns,
This lack of space is frustating to soul consiousness and impacts overall consiousness of country•••

Even after paying such huge rent , carpet area is like peanuts•••

This lack of space is only n only causing frustation•••

Extremely poor city planning , economic activity, economic corridor planning in last 75 years of independence •

Jab takk abadi aati rahegi toh renters aur gundae raaj kartae rahenge, and now i feel more people are choosing to go everywhere else so the locals will be happy lesser outsiders are coming and they can travel from their homes to those low paying jobs, high psying jobs emigrants might still be coming. Mostly above 1 lac pm salery and above ppl based on the renting location and their office location

Money that people waste in Mumbai they can live like kings anywhere else. Or live a peaceful life in a second country like Thailand or Bali. Because India is a 3rd world country. As much u pay u still have slum views.

Big cities are overrated. At least post covid where almost everything has gone online, you don't need to stay in a big city when you get almost all the amenities in a decent sized town as well. Save yourself of the pollution, traffic and high expenses.

I find a lot of what is being discussed in this video, cliqued. Specially the Bachelor vs family conversation. I have been living in Mumbai for 7 years now, it primary boils down to your awareness of tbe rental markets. Having rented my first apartment 3 kms from my office in BKC, I have been paying roughly the same rent by moving around smartly. I presently stay in chembur, spend about 12% of my salary on my rent. Bottomline - Be aware.

I can't help noticing why the anchor is not blinking
I lived in Bangalore for 5 years before coming back to my home land in Kerala. In Bangalore I lived for an average of 20-22k rent in gated communities 10-17km away from my office. Still had to sacrifice clean air, water and health. Now I live in an independent duplex for 12k rent inside the city limits in Trivandrum enjoying clean air, borewell water and a better overall standard of living. It took me my time in Bangalore to appreciate my own home land.
