Your Ultimate Premier Ascent Guide

Hello everyone!

This is my first attempt at content like this and the goal is to be as approachable as possible for all of you premier enjoyers and I would appreciate any feedback. Obviously the video is quite long but honestly it could be WAYYYYY longer as this was just the minimum I thought I could get away with.

Each part is timestamped with the agents that it is referred to, so for instance if you were playing KJ your role is explained with any timestamp with KJ at the start. Any parts without an agent name is for everyone on your team to watch. Also quick notation reference: D = Def, RT = Retake, DEF = Default, SPL = Split, EXEC = Execute

I highly recommend going into a custom game and trying things out to get the timings down, with all of the util already planned out this shouldn't take too long just dry run it a couple times and you should hopefully get it to a decent standard.

Anyway hope you enjoy and let me know what you would add/change to something like this for next time!

my premier team and i actually practiced a lot of the setups in a custom lobby and it helped us go 2-0. this video was really helpful and itd be cool if we could get videos like these for the other maps

I made a playbook for my diamond team, and have that one guy constantly arguing against the common ideas that other people make as well as the ones in this video. Now I can finally prove him wrong. Used this video for my premier games and me and my team went 2-0 the first day. We had insane attack side. Started on attack both games and ended 9-3 at the half both games. For some reason our defense was actually worse than attack. Is Ascent more defense sided? Because I thought it was, but now I don't know anymore.

Just like the rest of the world I realized that this day on premier everyone would be using the same comps or a few variations of it in premier. So I worked hard to find some kind of new strategy and developed a viper harbour comp on ascent, we won our games

Just got back again in Valorant, love the content. Your tactical analysis and knowledge are really impressive and interesting.

The best part is that you always explain why we should use or do something. Most setups etc. are just ... do this, this and that and free kills ... but you really take the time to explain the tactical implications. Love it

This is a great guide. Something I would add is general agent tips and how to use certain pieces of utility such as the ults. In particular ults like Omen's which can be tricky to use properly.
