Thanks for making a video that was a quick teardown that gets right to the point, instead of making a 20+ mins video that has a lot of unnecessary filler.

They forgot to mention that the first step is to apply heat, so that the adhesive loosens, and only then, can you start on the tear-down.

is the AMOLED screen part similar both 128GB and 512GB?

When i pick up the note 9 and shake it close to ear, i can clearly hear the slight sound of similar parts slack from inside the phone, is this Gyro sensor sound or normal ?

I feel like what they haven't mentioned (Samsung parts - a way Samsung sells genuine replacement OEM parts to everyone) should be a factor in determining repairability. You can go get the official OEM parts ( also iFixit can get official parts too to sell) without risking getting some dodgy knockoffs like I have had to do in the past with Apple and Sony ( they don't allow the consumer to replace their components with safe and genuine parts unless you go pay their post warranty exorbitant prices. With such products whats the point of good repairability without a part to repair it with that is safe and genuine?
