Run Command Prompt as Administrator not Working – Solved

When I do the the Scannow on CMD it says I am not a administrator but when u go into user accounts it says that I am a administrator

Actually, in my case the problem was that the user that I was logged in was not an administrator. Thank you for sharing those tips.
