Beam which is being constructed needs to be free of any supports..the bottom steel structure should be minimum 1.5 inches high from the bottom ( 1.5 inches RCC Jacket ). You can see in the video that the Metal Beam structure is resting on the Brick structure under the Beam under construction. Such Construction is similar to a load Bearing structure.

If at all 2 Beans are needed, the second Beam haa to be Casted before any Filler / Brick structure is made between the Two Beams.

Only after 2 Beams are constructed & shuttering of the second ( upper ) beam is removed Brick structure can be made Or to Speed up construction 75% - 80% of Brick structure can be made before casting upper Beam.

I am not 100% sure of the Tie method you have specified, if it exists in Construction Code.

Even if we assume such methodology exists; it won't affect the Beam Case under discussion as the Beam is as good as resting on the Brick structure underneath the Beam. Such Construction will act as Load Bearing structure.

अरे पगले और बहुत बड़ी मिस्टेक नही बताया, बीम मे बॉटम मे 2 बेंटअप बार नही जो बीम कि ताकत होती हैं और टॉप के 2 बार 12 mm के होना चाहिए इतना हेवी देने की जरूरत नही है.

Isme kafi sare aur mistake hai jo apne bataye nahi. The steel of beam should be inside the column. Also the ring spacing should be less near the support (up to 1/3rd of the beam span from both ends). Jo ki isme nahi hai..

Ee plinth beam ba. Ee Regular beam naheen ba. Ehka kaam sabhi columns ka aapas men jodna hai Taki tohar building ek taraf zyada aur doosri taraf kam settle na hui jaye. 😅😅
Itta bada beam to flexural beam howat hai.
Do not consider it as a beam. In case of any differential settlement, this member will hold the external columns, and will save the building from shear cracks. This also divides the footing from the wall.
