I miss staying up till 3-4 in the morning watching anime, texting on discord, Omegle, and all of that. 2020 may have sucked after a little but the beginning was awesome, when everyone seemed to connect online, people were making theire DIY masks, toilet paper runs, all of that. Those “hacks” for microwavable cakes and cookies, the time where all songs coming out would be trending or viral within seconds. The year kids were following the grunge,cottage core and kawaii aesthetic, the year where cosplaying had shot to the top for a little. It sucks now, four years later and in high school, not able to stay up binging those shows i was into (mha,haikyu, demon slayer, tpn, ohshc, or just scrolling through TikTok

I hated quarantine and still glad I’m out of it. But then I get a feeling of sadness of how every year us, humans, keep getting worse to each other. We are horrible. People are mean, rude, and flat out disgusting and disrespectful.

Guys do you remember in 2020 or 2021 that a girl on TikTok posted her routine and she was always sad and i think she was spanish and she didnt have her parents. If you remember her please can you tell me what her name was because i was à fan of her and i deleted tiktok and I cant find her anymore. She had short wavy brown hair and brown eyes. She was posting also vidéos w her friends and she had a 2000s vibes.

i miss 2020-2021 so much i really wish i took advantage of what i did i mean life was so good then, like Roblox was in its peak (so was Tiktok) and the music was sooo good i know everyone was a little cringe back in 2020 but we didn’t care now if someone does the littlest thing wrong they get judged. But i always remember in 2020-2021 i would make ramen every single day for lunch and have a coke with it and sit my dinner table and watch Anna Oop and Tiktok’s i’ll never say this enough but i really do miss 2020-2021 and yes it was cringe but nobody cared plus Stranger Things 3 was also in its peak honestly we need to bring back trends from 2020-2021 and i remember watching Tiktok’s during online class and i’m literally crying about how i remember waking up everyday at 7am waiting to join online classes and watching Tiktok povs on my computer and making oatmeal i really do miss 2020-2021

So nostalgic

Sitting here, in August 2023 just 4 months until the year of 2023 ends, the years of lockdown had a different vibe. Looking back whenever I think about them its a very weird nostalgic feeling, these years were truly something else.

Worst year ever nothing positive to say about it. Hopefully there will never be another lockdown again. Quarantine was hell on earth. Hated that year worst year ever. I don’t miss it all.

I know this is gonna sound selfish, but I am from a third world country and this period of 2020 was fun only on my phone, because other than my country’s problems I was emotionally shattered and it was a hard time in my life. Seeing people having fun makes me happy for them, but if I’m honest… I kind of wish another lockdown (not necessarily because of a virus) happened since I’m in a first world country now and I feel like I could have fun like people in these videos :) 💜 I got high hopes on that. One day i’m going to create a film about quarantine through the lens of a teen, highlighting the nostalgic feeling quarantine brings retrospectively. Of course this time was objectively abysmal, but I want to go back, and i’m not alone. It was so fun watching tiktok’s and playing roblox in april 2020, enjoying the unspecified amount off of school we had, that’s the last time things felt normal.
