My issue is still while playing video 5.7.6 error

Video is playing but with black screen and sound and subtitles appearing, picture is black

I tried it and it did not work

I recently bought realme c55 and my netflix app is not working it has audio but I can't watch anything it's all black. I tried to re-install, update and even reformat my phone but it's still the same. Please help 😅
