Point #2 I'm pretty sure from Kana's various statements that she has probably noticed Kenta on several visits to the store and as her life revolves exclusively around Manami, has probably mentioned him a few times as at least a really nice man.

This was a sweet story, but I have one lingering question that stands out during this whole thing. Manami ran up to him at the beginning calling him daddy. How did she know Kenta in the first place. It never says that she was ever at the store to have seen him. He just was walking to work and she ran up to him. So either Kana was talking about him to her daughter, or this kid just randomly picked a guy off the street to start calling Daddy.

She might just be very young. I dont know how it is in japan but ive seen some little kids call all females or males the same thing. Thats usually when thier very young. She seems older then that to me so maybe its part of her match making technique. Shes says what she wants him to be hoping it comes true.

Kenta really went on an emotional roller coaster in this story.
Glad to see that after all the highs and lows (especially when they stopped talking), they were able to reach a happy ending.

Funny thing to imagine is that Manami probably had to give her mom a lecture before the two met up with Kenta at the end.
Letting Kana realize that she was being outdone in emotional maturity by her own daughter and giving her a wake up call to make up her mind on how she feels.

Manami getting to have her "All according to keikaku" moment when the two did get together.
