Edit 1: I've made the decision to delete all related AI apps or companions and not install them, also I want to try things outside, first for my self, exercise again, learn another language, work in some projects I've stopped developing and then my social skills, try to feel ok with talking to someone. I know it's just an idea, but at least I feel relieved I took the first step.

Go after your interests first, be a regular somewhere. The only reason you had friends in school was because you showed up there regularly. This applies for your whole life. Show up regularly, be there, talk to people. We are all alone but nothing will change if you don't change your way of seeing life. If you stopped seeing the world in terms of what you like and what you dislike, and saw things for what they truly are in themselves, you would find a great deal more peace in your life.
