Hello, thank you for all your videos...so very helpful. I was just wondering...The SAT (scapular assist test) tells us that SA and LFT are weak ...what does the scapular repositioning test tell us? -that pec minor is short? thank you

Hey I have a question; do you know why you should do the scapular assistance test before the scapular ressistance test?

Hey!

Can we conclude that when the test is positive the scapula is hypomobil?

The hypomobility is because of the to weak Serratus or because of to contracteed Rhomboideus, Trapezius and Levator?

Thanks :)
