in this video , well, i got my aninal pak, first ever, this day, and, my pils are diferent color than these in this video. so, i can not know which one is which, and i need to know, also, on the net, i get the same problem. does anyone know where to find the image, or a video with this kind of diferentiation?

I don't take this regularly. But may take a pack once to three times a week. I noticed a difference still, even taking it as such. I did train some time back, for 3 weeks with a high protein/veggie diet, only supplementing with Animal Pak. Got lean, built muscle and strength. Amazing formula.

Thankfully y’all finally made it available in a powder form. Pak is great, for sure, but the pills themselves stink to high Heaven, at least to me. And taking them all is difficult for me because I have difficulty swallowing (doc thinks I may have throat cancer; gotta have one of the lymph nodes in my neck cut out in a week or two so it can be sent for biopsy) so the powder is so much simpler to take. And it tastes pretty good and that’s always a good thing.
