I’d like to add something about listening to this for about 1/2 hour. Before I started listening I took my blood pressure. After 15 mins Bo went down 7 points on top and three on bottom number about another 10 to 15 mins I took pressure and the top went down another 5 points bottom number same and heart rate went down 1 point. I’ve never tried this before but I will redo this experiment another time or two to see if it is helping. If anyone has high blood pressure maybe try this and see. I had headphones on if that matters.
