How to Play Genshin Impact On Android with a controller (genshin mobile controller support)

The app just kept crashing. I unsinstalled it. It never once recognized Genshin, so maybe they have removed any support?

i downloaded octopus, i connected my ps4 controller and it says that genshin impact has some issues with octopus and that i have to buy and download another app. well, not gonna happen. i will not pay to download an app in order to play a free game. this is totally stupid.

This is deprecated. The octopus app will redirect you to a paid app in the app store with 2.9 stars and lots of complaints. Ignoring that, it refuses to launch the game at all unless you pay for an upgrade

Funny thing, every time I try this the game refuses to let me log in. It tells me I successfully logged in, but remains on the log in page.

I've attempted to log in nearly over a dozen times & still nothing. Is this app now a bust?

Is it safe to login using the octopus app? for some reason it log me out.

Hi.. i can't map the pad. I can use Key buttons Only of i use the keyboard mode. But in this mode there aren't analog. They are Only in gamepad mode, but in this mode i can't use Key buttons 😭😭

Do at your own risk... Using 3rd party apps like octopus to run genshin , codm and some other games might get your account banned. Best if you test by playing on a dummy account for a couple months before you use it on your main acc

For me octopus doesn’t work with genshin impact. Panda gamepad does but that's 5$ and needs activation via PC

So apparently after new 1.2 update, Octopus no longer able to play Genshin as it will forced close the game every 5 min. I don't know maybe Mihoyo has block their app to cannot be overlayed
