Just got this idea of a Sim, whose life is totally centered around food. Traits foodie, vegetarian and lactose intolerant, and cooking being their utmost lifetime want... Include the simple living lot trait for good measure.

Three questions
1: Will people from other cities visit a city you're in like the market? Do random sims that don't technically exist show up? How does it make a market feel alive if a town only actually have like 15 sims?
2: What is the real difference between the "starter homes" in town and up on the hill and the really large empty house next to the empty plot? If I get this I probably would want the really large house that is empty
3: Can you turn the empty plot next to the large house into a vet clinic? Wife and I play with the multiplayer mod and if I can set up a vet clinic for her right next to the house that would be cool. Maybe have cows and chickens on both the home plot and a vet clinic.

So, a rabbit can kill your sims? I am disappointed. IRL, rabbits are prey animals and herbivores. They won't kill a human. At most, they MIGHT bite you if you piss them off but tbh, we have a higher chance of killing rabbits by scaring the crap out of them.
I would have been more satisfied with a Death by Cow Tipping. That is way more believable. [Edit: Or pissing off a cow]

Okay so I managed to make a Sim get to level 10 of cooking on that lot next to the grocery cart that has simple cooking

Also, I had chicken in a different world and the game didn't let me manage them at all, so there's that

I just wanted to breed my animals for meat. There doesn't have to be animation for it, just the option 😂 But that would require more than one animal in one shelter hhhh.

I wish they would add a vegan trait tbh

Cottage Living is the best one yet as I have added it while already playing and just used the stuff that came with it even. Having children in the game will teach you to maybe hate or not want to have them while you are too young in rl. lol

I’m actually really happy about the lot trait, simple living being added because it makes the game more realistic

I downloaded this pack close to two years ago now, and i still didn’t know these things happened lol

I really love this pack especially the cas since I can just slap the clothing onto them and boom fashion model it gets cas done and done and I hate a lot for me it's just a slog so just being able to put them on the sim and they look good

If your sim marries the Creature Keeper, the game will automatically select another sim to be the Creature Keeper :)

I would love to see dietary restrictions and disabilities added into the game as a separate set of features, like the way they separated challenges in lot traits or created likes and dislikes options. Things like cravings or liking certain styles of food would be really cool too! They are getting so close to making far more well-rounded CAS options, its like one more step and they got it.

i agree with the vegetarian and lactose intolerant trait i personally think that they should add a bar (like how you get to choose your sims romantic and sexual preferences) to cas for more realistic gameplay and so you can have both without taking away from your sims personality

After a year, and a few other packs being released, I think I can confidently say this is my all time favorite pack.
Everything about it is adorable and it adds new game play that just makes sense for the world and story telling.
The only thing is I wish the town had more vacant lots for building. Like if they did away with a shop or two that's just there for window shopping, or made that huge family farm 25% smaller, and instead gave us another lot to build on I would be super happy.
BUT I'm a simmer that likes to build so I will always want more lots to build on 🤷‍♀️

As they are adding more and more (?) food prefferences this could be added as a separate optional trait for example if someone would want to play it that could affect the sims like amount og sugar you eat etc however I would personally be very annoyed if I had to think about it all the time while playing ;p

I wish they would have done horses like they did in Sims 3.

I love how EA picks the two least likely animals (out of the 4) to kill your Sims: The rabbit and the chicken. "Let's not have the SUPER HEAVY cows or llamas kill Sims. How about chickens and rabbits instead?" 😆
