ОтветитьYou lost me at install latte dock. I've had nothing but trouble with any distro that has that included.
Ответитьjust use gnome !
ОтветитьIdea for a guide: Configuring window behavior. Remembering positions etc. This is a significant advantage of KDE plasma. There are applications for other desktop environments that track the behavior of windows, but for example I was unable to run such applications in Linux Mint (cinnamon).
By the way, such things only in Linux. In Windows, I have never had a dedicated application fail to open.
I took several ideas for my customization. Thanks!
ОтветитьTry binding alt+tab to the "present windows" effect. ( On system settings > desktop effects )
You wont ever need to search for a window, as present windows has a filtering option, and you can just type the window title.
This eliminates the need of a taskbar, so I only have centered, autohidable and tiny panel with my system tray, virtual desktop pager, and the "start button".
Clean minimal and super efficient.
Hi! Video is cool but how did you do your panel so soft transparent?
ОтветитьFedora Gnome from scratch, blurred windows.
ОтветитьCan I implement this on arch Linux kde ?
ОтветитьYet another great customization video. You always impress. Well done.
ОтветитьThis looks sensational!
Ответитьvery nice and great job
ОтветитьLooks like another macos rice but still looks great. Nice work!
ОтветитьNice customisation as usual, keep up the good work👍
ОтветитьIt just came across my mind, I have seen people replicating the looks of windows and Mac on KDE. But, I have never seen people try to replicate looks of Gnome or Deepin or UKUI, etc on KDE. Are they achievable? I am not a KDE user so, I can't answer this question.
