Probably the best video I've seen on the subject. Well done 👏. I appreciated the realistic and candid breakdown of what it takes to be successful. What I would like to know more about is how you built your team, what does each person do, how do you apportion salaries/profits and shares in the company. From being a novice to working out all that, kudos, Sophia. By the way, I just started a blog in June. So far I've been accepted by two affiliate companies, turned down by Google Adsense (that's OK, low payments anyway), accepted by Propeller Ads (but I've deferred implementation for now), turned down by Skimlinks and awaiting a response from another network. How does AdSense work, people need to click on those ads in order for you to get paid, or just buy having people looking at your website you can generate money from those ads?

Not only was Amazon's slash in 2020 ginormous, it provided Bezo's with money to go to the moon. He bonused himself through that cut in income. Terrible for everyone. Love your videos, though. Learning so much. Thank you for sharing.
