I messed my floor up this morning. I just moved in too.

How do you repair a deep scratch on wire-brushed engineered wood flooring when the scratch goes against the grain?

How does this stay in place. Does there need to be a coating applied after?

Do you have a video for how to fix a quarter sized knot hole that is 3/8" deep? Do I add epoxy filler, then cover with wax?
