Since I am on Oscar involuntarily as of the first of the year, I will know today if Advent Health has turned rouge on its covered senior citizens

Yes is great when you still access to care as a member but if you leave their ecosystem and you have any outstanding bills (we had twins while we were with Oscar) their help is very difficult. Bills that Oscar was meant to pay were largely ignored. We had one twin that Oscar took care of with a hearing clinic (st Josephs) and our other twin was told that he didn’t qualify under insurance. This is a hearing test that should have been covered. Now we’re stuck trying to resolve it without much customer support. It’s not good guys. Just because u have a convenient app is not another nice excuse to deny people proper due diligence if service. No tech will ever replace good patient care.

We signed up for Oscar insurance. My wife has been trying to get to a doctor for a month now. Two doctors are currently listed as "in network". When she comes to visit the doctor, they say "We know we are on Oscar's website, but it's a mistake and we don't accept Oscar insurance. Sorry!" She tried calling Oscar to no avail. What is this???
